He was born in Pristina, in 1967. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Pristina, in 1993. He specialized in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade, in 2000. He acquired his master degree in medical sciences in 1998. He became a PhD at the Faculty of Medicine in Pristina in 2009. In the period from 2000 to 2010 he worked as a plastic surgery specialist at the Center for burns, plastic and reconstructive surgery within Clinical Center of Serbia. Since 2015, he has been an associate professor of surgery at the Faculty of Medicine based in Kosovska Mitrovica.
